• Welcome to our Etsy shop for lovely, individually hand-made creations by Oliva Luca and Embellish Design. Our specialties are sumptuous gowns, dresses and accessories for weddings, parties and special events. Each dress is designed and hand-made, one at a time, in my Portland, Oregon studio by myself and skilled local artisans. We strive to run the studio and keep the garments we create focused on an environmentally sustainable path.
• I've been designing, creating and constructing custom dresses and accessories for well over 25 years. I teach design, draping, pattern making and sewing construction at the college level as well as to DIY enthusiasts!
